About Tinubu,

Morgan Franc joined Tinubu in April 2023 and is now leading the company as CEO.

Morgan spent 15 years in various leadership roles, first in large international groups (General Electric, BCG), before making the switch to B2B SaaS within smaller French companies, scaling up the activity and accelerating the development of their software solutions.

Morgan graduated from HEC Grandes Ecoles and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Stéphane is running Tinubu’s operations since 2017. He has accompanied the development of the group for the last 15 years and managed all large trade-credit digitalization projects.

With 10 years past experience (Euler Hermes, Teletech) in risk analysis, audit, corporate finance, and project management incl. M&A, Stephane has developed proficient skills in organization and team management which were key to supporting our strong development these last years.

Stéphane holds an Executive MBA from Dauphine & ESG UQAM Universities (Paris & Montreal) and bachelor’s degrees in Finance and International Relationships from Dauphine and Sciences Po Paris.

Yaron joined Tinubu in June 2024, overseeing Tinubu’s global Surety activity as General Manager. His mission is to continuously provide innovative solutions to customers and deliver exceptional value. Yaron has over 15 years of experience in building and scaling fintech and insurtech businesses, driving digital transformation and operational excellence. His extensive background includes leading significant product and technology initiatives in both large enterprises (MassMutual) and early-stage ventures (Haven Life, Oka, the Carbon Insurance Company, and GoalMine).

Yaron holds an MBA from The Wharton School and is a graduate of Wesleyan University.

Stephan Mignot has been part of the Tinubu team since 2015 and is now the Executive Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer of Americas. Based in New York, Stephan drives growth and expands Tinubu’s presence across the Americas. He works closely with clients to understand their unique surety and trade credit needs and implement digital solutions that help them manage risks and improve business operations.

With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Stephan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his EVP Chief Revenue Officer role. Before joining Tinubu, Stephan partnered with a management consulting firm specializing in financial services. He managed consulting assignments with global financial institutions, including HSBC, JP Morgan, and Citi. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for delivering exceptional results and driving innovation in the surety and trade credit space.

Stephan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Paris Dauphine and an MBA in Finance from Baruch College, City University of New York.
